PositionSummaryInbroaderlinestheincumbentactsasatruebusinesspartnerforthetopmanagementteamofRGCandintheGermanheadquarter,drivingdigitaltransitionprocessacrossRGCandprovidinginternalconsultancyonexecutionofdigitalstrategies.He/shewillleadtheDigitalTransitionfunctionofRGC,andleadlocaldigitaltransitionprojectsbothinfunctionalanddisciplinaryterms.ClosefunctionalalignmentwithGlobalDigitalTransition(GDT)organisationisacriticalsuccessfactor.
ReportingandRoleLocationReportdirectlytoCEOofRegionGreaterChina(RGC),andhaveclosefunctionalalignmentwiththeheadofGDTbasedinheadquarter.PeerfunctionsincludeMarketing,Sales,ConsumerDecisionJourney,Strategy,DirecttoConsumer,PR,andSecurity.
He/shewouldleadateamof27members,includingthefunctionofCompetenceCentre,Digitalstrategy,ConnectProducts,andMultiConsumerTouchPoints.
